Ragomind is the AI lab and company that builds products. Omnirago is Ragomind's flagship SaaS — it lets SMBs run customer management, invoicing, inventory, and AI assistance through WhatsApp and Telegram. In short: Ragomind is the company, Omnirago is the product.
Which industries is Omnirago built for?
Any SMB that uses WhatsApp or Telegram for customer communication: medical and healthcare supply, textile and manufacturing, e-commerce operators, service businesses (salons, clinics, consultancies), distributors and dealers. The multi-tenant architecture isolates each business's data.
Where is data stored? Is it GDPR/KVKK compliant?
