Ragomind ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data submitted through ragomind.com — in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's KVKK Law No. 6698.

Through our contact form, we collect only:

• Contact: Your email address
• Message content: Anything you submit in the message field

Our infrastructure (Cloudflare) may automatically log IP address, browser metadata, and request timing for security purposes.

• Information security (server logs)
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

We rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) "processing necessary for steps to take prior to entering a contract" and Article 6(1)(f) "legitimate interest". Your explicit consent is collected on form submission. Under KVKK we rely on Articles 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f).

5. Third Party Processors

We share data with the following providers as strictly necessary:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — Web hosting, CDN, DNS, email routing (US). Privacy Policy
• Formsubmit (formsubmit.co) — Form submission backend.
• Google LLC — Gmail service for reading form messages (US). Privacy Policy

International transfers to the US are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Your consent for such transfer is collected on form submission.

Form submissions are retained for up to 2 years after your inquiry is resolved. Statutory retention obligations may extend this period.
